"I was extremely happy with the service you gave. Jimmy obviously loved staying with you and your family and when he came back he looked absolutely fantastic. The diary (with photos) was a lovely idea to let us know what Jimmy had been doing on his holiday.
You went out of your way to ensure that our cats were okay and even made sure our house plants didn't die even going as far as bringing us milk so that we could have a drink when we got home.

"Sally has been looking after Nel on and off since July 08 and I can honestly say without her I would be stuck.
If I get held up at work I know that all I need to do is call Sally and she will go and let Nel out for me.
I had a sudden illness in August and had to have constant care for a few days I phoned Sally to ask her to look after
Nel and she went straight out to fetch her - I had no idea how long I was going to be stuck but Sally took care of Nel
for me until I was well enough to return home.
Nel goes to Sally for the odd night here and there and I know I don't have to worry about how she is doing.
Without Sally I do not know how I would have managed over the last few months, she is a godsend and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone." ~
