"It is rare to find someone to trust implicitly with your precious animals' welfare, but I can say, hand on heart, Carroll, is that person.
She is a complete natural when it comes to handling all types of pets, and the animals sense it, and are immediately happy and contented in her capable and knowledgable hands.
I can go away with absolutley no worries about my dogs getting upset at either being shut in kennels or surrounded by barking, bored dogs. The home from home environment Carroll provides is superb, and my dogs return home as happy, and in as good condition, as when they left. Indeed they love Carroll so much they run to see her whenever we happen to meet.
She is great at caring for our menagerie of other animals too, carrying out home visits reliably and throughly.

Just a note to thank you for looking after Bracken, Kipper, Treacle & Bronte whilst we were away on holiday.
I had quite a lot to think about when we were away with the wedding so to be honest I didnt have much time to think about our pets. Normally when we go away I am constantly worrying and fretting about them but this year I was very relaxed about it & this mainly had a lot to do with the fact that we felt totally comfortable leaving our animals in your care.
When we first met you we found you to be honest, trusting, reliable, friendly & professional & I would not hesitate to recommed you to our friends & family. We will definately be using your services again.

"We have two dogs who can be a bit of a handful, Kipper
who is a rescue and a little nervous and barky and
Bilbo only a year old, our bonkers Patterdale who has
to be on a flexi lead all the time because he cannot
resist the wiff of a rabbit and loses all sense of
time and space when he's on the trail.
I saw an advert for Animal Outings in the local paper
and snipped it out as I was about to start a full time
job. Carroll came round to meet me and the dogs and to
run through her services. She immediately came across
as professional and friendly and the dogs thought she
was great, all wags and licks. I have now been using
Carroll's services for 6 months and I could not do
without her. She is totally reliable, kind and caring
to the dogs. All this eases my guilt at leaving them
on their own in the house and ensures they get a good
hour's exercise a day.
I love the little written reports she leaves every
day, on what they have been up to on their outing,
this gives such a personal touch and makes me feel
involved.

"I have known Carroll a couple of years - we met through the Labforums. I decided to book Max in with Carroll for his hols last year when I realised that my elderly inlaws couldn't cope with a big, strong and in need of some strict heel training black lab!
The family went to Ripon for a visit with Max to see how he would get on with Carroll, Mike, Majic, Dex and Carroll's boys. He settled really well (I was more worried than he was). We left them all to it for an hour or so then returned to pick him up - Carroll spent more time reassuring me than Max.
Max spent 2 weeks in Aug 07 with Carroll and had a marvellous time, we also had a fab time knowing he was being extremely well looked after and got numerous texts to say how he was doing. Carroll makes sure she knows all there is to about your pet and her and Mike do as much as they can to make your pet feel at home - including giving up their sofa for your dog!
Max went to stay at his Auntie Carroll's again in December and he is booked in for his 2 week holiday in August 2008. I have no hesitation in recommending Carroll's services to anybody, she has been a lifesaver - Max couldn't walk properly on a lead to save his life 12 months ago he now walks really well and it's all down to Carroll and her tremendous patience and love of all things four legged.
