Susan at Animal Outings was friendly, helpful and flexible and welcomed Hamish our big soft labradoodle into her care for a full day. When we picked him up he was happy and enthusiastic. Ten minutes later he was snoring in the back of the car – obviously a fun packed day.

Susan is professional and calm and in excellent control of the dogs in her care. This gave us confidence knowing that Hamish was in good hands.

"I have known Carroll a couple of years - we met through the Labforums.  I decided to book Max in with Carroll for his hols last year when I realised that my elderly inlaws couldn't cope with a big, strong and in need of some strict heel training black lab! The family went to Ripon for a visit with Max to see how he would get on with Carroll, Mike, Majic, Dex and Carroll's boys.  He settled really well (I was more worried than he was).  We left them all to it for an hour or so then returned to pick him up - Carroll spent more time reassuring me than Max. Max spent 2 weeks in Aug 07 with Carroll and had a marvellous time, we also had a fab time knowing he was being extremely well looked after and got numerous texts to say how he was doing.  Carroll makes sure she knows all there is to about your pet and her and Mike do as much as they can to make your pet feel at home - including giving up their sofa for your dog! Max went to stay at his Auntie Carroll's again in December and he is booked in for his 2 week holiday in August 2008.  I have no hesitation in recommending Carroll's services to anybody, she has been a lifesaver - Max couldn't walk properly on a lead to save his life 12 months ago he now walks really well and it's all down to Carroll and her tremendous patience and love of all things four legged.
